This webpage officially opened 15th September 2021 to mark the 40th anniversary of the recording of AAA1981.
It provides info ,,, and links to song clips ... and a contact email address .... and will provide a link to sales of the AAA1981 CDs and posters..
The AAA1981 CD contains 12 songs, recorded in 1981 in Adelaide, Australia, performed live by Brett on guitar and vocals, Simon on guitar and synthesiser and vocals, Jason (bass) and Gi (drums and backing vocals).
Eleven originals and a dodgy zombie rock cover of elvis's heartbreak hotel ---
--- Song lyrics and lead vocals are by Brett on nine tracks (White Man, High Time, Automatic, Home (Where Your Heart Is), Sacrifice Or Sabotage, Distraction, Smile Away, Brainworm, Last Train To Dachau).
--- Song lyrics and lead vocals are by Simon on two tracks (Give Me Some Money, Better Coverage).
--- The track Heartbreak Hotel has Simon on lead vocals, with lyrics by Tommy Durden, Mae Boren Axton, Elvis Presley (1956) with some small modifications by Simon.
Audio transferred from cassette to MP3 and uploaded to youtube by Brett in 2020 - see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bqIgd9yMsG8 .
Audio transferred from cassette to WAV and digitally processed by JB in 2021.
